The double page spread is completely in black and white apart from the beginning of the pull line which is in red. This is in red so that it stands out to the reader and naturally it will be the first thing that they look at. On the right hand side of the page is a close up picture of Paul MaCaurtney. This picture is in black and white and  is similar to the black and white close up that we have seen on the cover. Paul is looking straight at the camera and has a plain white background so it is evident that this is a studio shot
