There are a lot of similarities between the Rap magazine NME and my magazine, the gestures  and facial expressions being made are extremely similar, additionally the direction of gaze in both images are both straight into the camera. I kept the urban look by my model wearing a hoodie, therefore resembling the cool urban look. A contrast between the  two magazines is the fact that I took the laid back urban approach which includes no/ minimal jewellery and usually a plain top.Whereas on the other hand the NME magazine has the edgy urban look due to the use of the jewellery. Another contrast would be the fact that the two shots are different, my magazine contains a medium/long shot wheras the vibe magazine is a medium shot.
